Putting in my earrings. Very fascinating, I know. And there's my mum's ugly head intruding in my picture.



The corsages were actually not a pretty as they appear to be in this photo. In fact, they were fake! And cheaply made, if i do say so myself! The "leaves" looked as if one had pulled up a chunk of carpet, taken out all the little fluffies that made it a carpet and left just the plastic mesh, spray painted it green, and cut it roughly in the shape of a leaf. Very cheap, but this was all very last minute anyways. Oh, and don't tell Mum, but we took off the corsages as soon as this pictures were over. Don't I look mildly excited?



Heck yeah, Mum! Fork over that cash! Not that we actually got to spend much of it on ourselves. The pictures were expensive, and so was dinner. In the end, we only had a few dollars left over... Also, my dad is a professional photographer, as you can tell by that blatant finger covering the lens. GJ, Dad.





Whilst everyone was fussing and worrying, Atticus found a pleasant spot to relax... So much for finishing that puzzle, huh, Mum?



The girl pinning the corsage on the boy. Or at least that's what it seems, right? Ha ha ha, well, this is just another tradition we didn't follow! I'm just posing for the camera here; it was actually my mum who pinned on Tay's corsage thingy. He looks bemused.



Dad wanted at least one normal, pretty pre-prom picture (argh, I hate alliteration so much!). Since we weren't doing, like, anything else like everyone else did (everything was so disorganized), he said at least this would make up for it. Go, fake smiles, go! I look rather confused...

This is my "DO NOT WANT!1!!" face. I look sort of like a duck. I was trying to roll up the window before Dad could take a picture of me as we were leaving. I was evidently unsuccessful. Oh, and that's Janet, Tay's mum, driving. We're too cheap for a limo.
